We collect information that you provide to us, as well as information automatically collected when you use our Services.

Information You Provide & We Collect Automatically

Personal & Account Information

  • Account Details: Name, email address, contact data, billing address, and other profile information you voluntarily provide.
  • Social Media Login Data: If you register using social media accounts (like Google or GitHub), we collect basic profile information (name, email) from the provider.
  • Payment Data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. You can view their privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.

Everywhere Application Data (Desktop)Crucially, our desktop application is designed with a "Local First" privacy architecture.

  • Desktop Context & Screen Data: To provide context-aware assistance, Everywhere may process content displayed on your screen (via screenshots or accessibility APIs). This processing is performed locally on your device. We do not upload raw screen recordings or full screenshots to our servers unless you explicitly trigger a feature that requires cloud processing (e.g., sending a specific screenshot to an LLM).
  • Chat History & Settings: Stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, encrypted data is stored on our servers to facilitate synchronization.
  • Telemetry & Diagnostics: We use Sentry for diagnostics.
    • Usage Data: Opt-in only.
    • Crash Reporting: Automatically collects technical logs on failure (no behavioral history).
  • Push Notifications: We may request to send notifications regarding your account or features. You can opt out in your device settings.

Service Usage & Device Data

  • Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser/device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and usage timestamps.
  • Device Data: Device IDs, hardware model, and system configuration.
  • Location Data: Approximate location (country/city) derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS data.

Information collected from other sources

In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties. This information includes email addresses, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.

  • Marketing: We may use tracking pixels to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We do not sell this data to third parties.

How to Control Cookies:

  • Browser Settings: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies.
  • Do Not Track: Note that our systems may not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from browsers, but we honor your explicit opt-out choices in our app settings.

Yes, our Services include AI-powered features. We prioritize your privacy when integrating these technologies.

Use of AI Technologies
We utilize third-party AI Service Providers (such as Anthropic, DeepSeek, and others listed in settings) to power our AI features. Your inputs and context are shared with these providers solely to generate responses.

API Relay Services & Data Privacy When you use our API relay services, your prompts and the AI's responses are transmitted through our servers to third-party Model Providers.

  • No Training: We do not use your prompts, screen context, or outputs to train our own models.
  • No Permanent Content Storage: We do not permanently store the content of your prompts or completions.
  • Metadata Only: We retain only metadata (such as token usage, timestamps, and model type) for billing and abuse prevention purposes.

You can manage your AI settings or opt out of specific AI features within your account settings.

7. How do we handle your social logins?

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or GitHub logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. 8. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

We implement appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure your personal information remains protected in accordance with applicable laws when transferred internationally.

9. How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the termination of the user's account, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., 7 years for financial and transaction records).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
